My Way Disability Services and Aged Care is seeking Disability Support Workers with the following
attributes (all attributes listed are based on our client/participant needs):
1. Mature Aged Female
2. Willing to work around Jindalee, Mindarie, Yanchep, Two Rocks
3. Has formal qualifications in Disability or Aged Care
4. Has experience with Intellectual Disability/Autism/ADD/ADHD
Our Process:

– Come for an interview/discussion.
– If selected, send in mandatory documents.
– Sign contract and start! Starting rate is 28.40/hour part-time. Higher rate if experienced.
– Buddy shift/induction to ease you into the role.
– Meet Service Coordination team at our office to pick up more shifts.
