Strengthened Aged Care Quality Standards

At My Way, your voice matters. If you’re receiving Support at Home services and have feedback, concerns, or a complaint – about your care, staff, costs, or anything else – you have the right to speak up without fear of reprisal or any impact on your services.

You can raise your concern directly with your care coordinator, a My Way manager, or through our simple, accessible complaints process. We will listen, respond promptly, and work with you to fix the issue. You can also contact the Aged Care Quality and Safety Commission at any time. Your feedback helps us improve and keeps care safe and respectful for everyone.
