My Way Disability and Aged Care History

2013

My Way Disability and Aged Care Vision ad Mission came about as an idea among work colleagues who are very skilled and experienced, working in human services sector. The objectives were mainly to develop and grow their innovative ideas through organisation whose primary purposes are to tackle social problems, improve communities, offer peoples’ life chances, which captures significant social impact and social value.

Moreover, this team believe that smaller organisations are more flexible to deliver this innovative vision, therefore My Way Disability and Aged Care was founded to deliver and capture social value in the areas of Disability and Mental health services, Family supports, Home and Community Care, Youth Services, etc. The idea was so powerful, and resonated with many people who joined as board members to help build My Way Disability and Aged Care Vision.

My Way Disability and Aged Care team were passionate about advocating for innovative and social enterprising non-profit activities and programs led by citizens and processes innovation. My Way Disability and Aged Care is one of ordinary stories of people coming together to brainstorm about complex needs and finding collective solutions.
