MY Way Community Alliance Vision ad Mission came about as an idea among work colleagues who are very skilled and experienced, working in human services sector. One day at their lunch time, these brilliant folks brainstormed about Innovative activities and services that are motivated by the goal of meeting social, cultural and economic complex needs. The objectives were mainly to develop and grow their innovative ideas through organisation whose primary purposes are to tackle social problems, improve communities, offer peoples’ life chances, which captures significant social impact and social value.

Moreover, this team believe that smaller organisations are more flexible to deliver this innovative vision, therefore My Way Community Alliance was founded to deliver and capture social value in the areas of Disability and Mental health services, Family supports, Home and Community Care, Youth Services, etc. The idea was so powerful, and resonated with many people who joined as board members to help build My Way Community Alliance Vision.

My Way Community Alliance founder believe in eco-systems and collaborative approaches to increase people contributions and participations in solving their problems. Therefore to effect social, cultural and economic value, My May Community Alliance struck working partnership with NDIS and Disability Support Services, to provide opportunity, hope, and civic participation and connection to people with disability, their families and carers here in WA.

Due to rapid changing social landscape of services delivery from organisation-led services (service land) to individualised services delivery (individual choice and control), this service delivery model resonates with My Way Community Alliance vision of social innovation and increasing social value.
