Frances is deeply passionate about creating a society where everyone can live positively, confidently, and happily in their day-to-day life.
As a Service Coordinator, she gets to bring her passion to work and make sure participants get the best level of care. Frances is an active listener and strives to gain a deep understanding of participants’ needs and goals. Together, Frances and her team develop a personalised service plan that ensures participants get the support they need, when they need it.
Previously, Frances had worked in various customer-facing service roles to provide tailored services for both internal and external stakeholders. In addition, she worked as an account assistant after attaining a Bachelor of Accounting from Curtin University.
Aker holds a Bachelor of Business majoring in Accounting and Management. Prior to joining My Way, she gained valuable experience as a school finance officer, developing strong skills in financial administration, record management, and supporting daily financial operations.
Aker also brings extensive experience in the disability and mental health sectors through her previous work as a support worker, where she provided compassionate, person-centred support to individuals with diverse needs. This experience has strengthened her understanding of the importance of quality care and effective support services.
As an Accounts Officer at My Way, Aker combines her financial expertise and sector experience to support accurate financial processes and contribute to the efficient delivery of services for participants, families, and the wider community.
Mi holds a Diploma of Accounting, accompanied by certifications in accounting administration, and is currently advancing towards a Bachelor of Commerce in Accounting. With a wealth of experience spanning over 5 years in bookkeeping, Mi has honed her skills in navigating financial data adeptly.
In her role as an Account Officer at My Way Disability and Aged Care, Mi approaches challenges with a proactive problem-solving attitude, consistently aiming for excellence in all professional endeavours.
