Nicole comes from a corporate customer service and administration background, which has helped create a more inclusive Administration and Customer Service Department. She is the main contact for both participants, their families, carers, and service providers.
Nicole is a warm, sociable, and intelligent person to work with. She brings substantial customer service skills and business acumen to the administration and operations team.
She is passionate about leading her team to work in line with the My Way values to the benefit participants and their families.

Danielle is a fantastic addition to the My Way alliance. With her extensive background in administrative and managerial roles, combined with her deep knowledge of the NDIS sector, she brings a wealth of experience to the team.
